Restorative Yoga
Restorative yoga classes are relaxing and very slow paced. In this yoga class poses are held for several minutes and deeply supported with props - blocks, bolsters, straps and blankets. This allows the body and mind to soften and come back to homeostasis. Students will be encouraged to focus on their breath in order to cultivate mindfulness and release tension from the body. The practice is designed to help with whole body relaxation and restoration.
Soft music will be played for ambiance. Bring your mat, socks and any props of your liking (blankets, pillows, towels etc). We have props available as well!

Healthy Backs
This class is for anyone wanting to keep their spine healthy, recover from injury or chronic pain, and prevent future pain. Students will learn yoga poses to relieve tired back muscles, chronic back tension, lengthen and release compression in the spine to keep the back healthy.
Fundamentals of Yoga
This class is designed for the moderately active beginning student. It also allows well-practiced students to hone their existing practice working into proper alignment, inspiring beginners and mastering poses. It is a fully guided class where new students can learn the foundations of asana practice, breath work and yoga philosophy. Everyone’s practice is different, so I encourage students to work at their own comfort level and intensity.
Gentle Yoga
Gentle Yoga is for students of all-levels. This class is low to moderate activity working on muscular strength and flexibility. Yoga asanas (postures) are held to build strength and slow transitions between poses to release tightness in the body. The class begins with basic breathing techniques for grounding, fuller concentration and relaxation.
Slow Flow
This class is for the moderately practiced students and bold beginners. Students will learn the fundamentals of Vinyasa Yoga while working through a sequence of yoga postures. Linking poses to breath promotes focus, strength and cardiovascular endurance while moving at your own pace allows you to work at your skill level, take breaks when you need them and develop a personal practice. Modifications and intensifications will be offered. Class will be mildly vigorous, but you always control your own intensity.
VinYin
Vin Yin Yoga is a modern blend of an active vinyasa practice and a relaxing yin practice. The first 30 minutes of this class focuses on strength-building flows and the remainder 30 minutes focuses on soothing and restful poses. This class is accessible to all, from beginners to advanced yogis.
Vinyasa
This class is recommended for students who have a regular practice and are considered intermediate level. In this class students will learn the four parts of obtaining proper breath control while becoming fully aware of every movement into an asana (posture). Vinyasa is a form of yoga that links breath, movement, and asanas together. It is sometimes referred to as Yoga Flow or Flow Yoga because it emphasizes the movements between poses. Vinyasa is often fast moving so by slowing the pace, students have time to learn the poses, how to move, breathe, and stretch between poses. This is an energetic class, where the flow is creative, we have fun and listen to upbeat music.
BUTI Yoga
Buti Yoga is a non-traditional style of vinyasa yoga. These classes are typically high energy and expansive. You may be asked to do things that might feel weird or uncomfortable. This class intentionally teaches students how to get out of the head and into the body. Movement is very powerful. It allows us to confront our weaknesses. It forces us to get into the present moment. In India, Buti means a secret remedy or cure. It's time to let go of self judgement and let yourself move.
