Amanda Montgomery
– Experienced Yoga Instructor and Owner of Mystic Meadows Yoga Studio “Namaste, I am Amanda! I became a certified yoga instructor in 2013 and pursued opportunities related to sustainability, awareness of self, and knowing your food as I traveled both nationally and internationally. I returned to Kirksville in 2017 and began offering yoga classes to the community and at the University. I offered my first yoga teacher training in 2018 and opened Mystic Meadows Yoga in downtown Kirksville in 2021. The studio became registered as a yoga school in February of 2022. I continue my personal mission of promoting a comprehensive awareness of self, both physical and spiritual, a more meditative lifestyle, and an acute awareness of where our food comes from and how it affects us as human beings. I have over 800 hours of training and 5000+ hours of teaching.” |

Holly Findling
– Yoga Instructor, Water Release Facilitator, and Reiki Practitioner “Hi, I’m Holly! Yoga found me in 2017 during my first year of college and service in the Missouri National Guard. Initially, I saw it as just a workout, but Savasana kept calling me back—it was the first time I truly gifted myself rest. That stillness opened a door to self-discovery. In 2022, I completed my 200-hour yoga teacher training with Amanda at Mystic Meadows Yoga Studio, deepening my practice and expanding my world. Since then, I’ve pursued further training—becoming a Water Release Therapy provider and assistant teacher in 2023 and a Reiki provider in 2024. I’m committed to lifelong learning and growth. Born and raised near Kirksville, MO, I’m passionate about sharing these healing practices with my community. In my classes and sessions, you’ll be met with warmth, energy, and the space to receive whatever you need—peace, love, connection, or clarity.” |

Tiffany Miller
– Culinary Expert “Hi, I’m Tiffany Miller. I completed my associates of science in culinary arts in 2007 and cooked professionally for 7 years. I have a wide range of culinary experience including sous chef of a fine dining French fusion restaurant and managing a cheese and charcuterie shop. I continued my education pursuing a food science degree at the University of California, Davis. In the process I discovered a real passion for growing and raising quality, nutrient dense, sustainably grown foods. Upon realizing my passion, I changed my path and completed a sustainable agriculture and food systems degree. Today, my day job is working as an elementary school garden teacher. I also teach free farm to table cooking classes to the public at the Adair County Library. I provide private chef services for special social and life events. In the background, my husband and I run a farm utilizing regenerative farming practices with our 2 sons in tow. We produce and sell quality products to our community in Kirksville, MO. I do believe food is medicine and it’s very much a part of every aspect of my life. I only wish to continue to learn and share my knowledge of producing and cooking healthy, nutrient dense food alongside those in my community and hopefully beyond.” |
